Handyman Window Cleaning Servicesare fully insured company, safeguarding you against any future claim of our employee(s) having an accident on your premises and also if an employee damaging your property in any way. We operate the Water Fed Pole system; we think that this is safe practice. All window cleaners are trained to work safely, please do not ask them to do anything that is unsafe.
Physical and/or verbal abuse will not be tolerated against any of our operatives or customers for any reason, if this happens window cleaning will be terminated with immediate effect, monies for the clean will still be owed. All cleaners have the right to do their job without the above: we will always report abuse of any kind to the police.
Quotes are free of charge except for gutter inspections, gutter inspections can have a fee of up to £10; this is refunded if you have Handyman Window Cleaning Services to clean your gutters. Windows will be cleaned at the agreed interval, unless the weather conditions are very bad (we do work in light rain) or dangerous to work in, where there can be a slight delay. Handyman Window Cleaning Services will strive to get back on schedule as soon as possible.
Our gutter cleaning service will be carried out at the agreed grade of clean. This service can be accomplished in all weathers unless the weather conditions are deemed dangerous.
Pressure washing can be carried out in all weathers unless the weather conditions are deemed dangerous.
Handyman Window Cleaning Services GUARANTEE* all services to be of the HIGHEST STANDARD. Paint and cement (builder's spoilage) can be removed but with an extra charge.
*All work is guaranteed for three days
Method of Payment
We accept: BACS, Standing Order, Cheque, Postal Order, PayPal, Debit and Credit Card(using a PayPal portal) and Cash. You can pay us on the day or after the day of clean.
Please remember it is your responsibility to make payments on time.
If you are going to be away when we clean please let us know beforehand.
Failure to pay invoices within 14 days will result in a reminder letter, if debts continue to be unpaid for more than 56 days will have cleaning suspended.

Complaints and Cancellations
if you feel the need to complain about the quality of a window clean, please be sure that the glass is not stained and any marks or smudges are not on the other side of window(s) that has been cleaned. If you have a complaint against any member of our staff for any reasons please contact head office on (01792) 550022 or 07882 285889 immediately and we will look into the matter accordingly. If our office is unmanned please leave your number, name, address and message on our answer system and we will call to discuss the problem as soon as possible. We will do our best to rectify the situation quickly.
